Siobhan Breslin
Staff attorney, special education and IEPs
Siobhan was a school speech therapist before law school. She knows what a good evaluation looks like, and what a rushed one leaves out.
Siobhan spent several years on the school side of evaluations, writing speech and language reports for IEP teams. She went to law school to work for parents instead.
At the project she handles evaluations, eligibility and IEP disputes, from the first request letter through mediation and due process hearings.

How Siobhan works
Siobhan reads every evaluation with a highlighter and sends parents her notes before the meeting, so nothing is a surprise.
She runs the project’s monthly “bring your IEP” evening, where parents go through their plans with a lawyer and each other.

A first call doesn’t make us your lawyers; a written agreement does.
